Social Media Marketing Manager

Looking for a passionate & proactive professional with experience in social media & digital marketing who will have a key role in growing our brand. Your role is responsible for supporting our brand building efforts in all areas of marketing including social platforms, PR & partnerships and content development.

The Role

  • End-to-end managing of our social platforms and campaigns
    • Conceptualising, planning & executing campaigns across various social platforms, implementing clear goals to increase online/offline traffic & conversion
    • Developing effective content strategies with team to ensure that everything goes viral :)
    • Scheduling content on social platforms with focus on growing customer base while building engagement and loyalty
    • Manage and track social platform data to optimise for efficient growth
  • Coordinate PR & partnerships with external vendors and KOLs
    • Source and create opportunities for partnerships with relevant media outlets & KOLs
    • Manage, direct & ensure smooth logistics & vendor satisfaction throughout partnerships
  • Media Buying
    • Create & manage processes for paid media buying from (e.g. Instagram/Facebook Ads, Google Adwords)


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in: Social Media Marketing, PR & Branding
  • Have a strong understanding of the local social/traditional media landscape & trends, B2C ecommerce/retail branding and marketing
  • Creative, open-minded, with a great eye for design and aesthetics
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
  • A problem solver & a quick learner!
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and is a total planner
  • Work well independently & in a team environment

E-commerce Customer Care (Intern)
Looking for a positive & outgoing E-commerce Customer Service Intern who is able to provide and manage an exceptional customer experience and add value to our brand as a member of our team.

The Role
  • Attending to customer queries & sales on various E-Commerce & Social Media platforms on a daily basis
    • Daily Task: To respond to all customer queries min. 3x a day, spending ~3-4 hours in a day
    • Weekly Task: To attend to customer sales on Live on ~1 night a week
  • Assisting in preparation & execution of administrative work relating to sales & order fulfilment
    • Daily Task: To consolidate & prepare order fulfilment sheet & fulfil orders
    • Weekly Task: To consolidate & log store sales sheet
  • Maintaining POS & e-commerce inventory
  • Providing feedback to internal team on issues & notes for improvement of processes
  • Be on-the-go & serve customers at retail events (20-30%)
(dependent on current covid-19 situation)

PART-TIME ROLES
Brand Ambassador
Looking for motivated & vibrant individuals to join our part time roster to support team operations and further our brand.

Brand Ambassador
  • Represent our brand in our retail spaces / events!
  • Provide thoughtful customer service and a memorable experience
  • Promote product sales and introduce our brand to everyone!
  • Keep up with daily store operations: e.g. opening/closing, cashiering, inventory stocking, store cleanliness & visual merchandising.
  • Any ad hoc retail events operations (setup/teardown, etc)
  • TRAINING REQUIRED, ability to work independently is a requirement!

Preferred applicants should be able to commit about 3-4 days per week (weekdays/weekends), on a long term basis. Workdays are assigned based on availability and capability!
