FULL-TIME ROLES
Content Creation & Marketing Intern

As a pioneer brand in the local sustainable fashion industry, Vintagewknd specializes in vintage & upcycled fashion & lifestyle products.

We're looking for creative & motivated interns passionate about photography, videography and content creation who can add value (and a lot of memes) to our team!

You will be responsible for planning & executing content for our various brands, this internship will give you a realistic working experience managing & creating social content in a fast-paced and highly creative environment.

 

THE ROLE

  • This role requires all aspects of content creation, from planning, shooting, editing to posting creative content!
  • Manage content planning to execution for various social platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook)
  • Plan, shoot & edit photo & video content independently as well as in a team
  • Create creative content to grow presence on new platforms (XiaoHongShu, Youtube)
  • Assist on influencer & PR marketing campaign initiatives (Media events, partnership campaigns)
  • Support store & event marketing initiatives, such as instore promos and new launches
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3-6 months commitment, 6 months preferred
  • Singaporeans & international students welcome
  • GREAT AT MAKING SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT - SHOOT & EDIT
  • Experienced in photography & videography & editing
  • Have a passion for fashion and a creative sense of style
  • Tech savvy & able to analyze latest social & content trends with a critical eye
  • Fast and willing learner, able to multitask and highly motivated
  • Independent and proactive team worker with great communication skills
  • Excellent command of English a must, other languages a plus
  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin (to manage content on XHS)
  • Comfortable behind & in front of cameras!
  • Varied experience in: Marketing, Content Creation, Videography, Photography, Photo Editing, Styling, Graphic Design

Retail & Operations Intern
We're looking for motivated & vibrant individuals to join our team to support retail operations and further our brand!

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Promotion and Customer Care
    • Active promotion of the company, products & associated brands at retail spaces
    • Educating customers, providing suggestions & attending to queries
    • Creating an optimal environment for customer loyalty & community
    • Implementing and ensuring quality of service and operations throughout all retail staffs
  • Retail Operations
    • Independent operations of retail space including cashiering and stockroom
    • Visual merchandising, housekeeping, setup/teardown logistics, processing of inventory
    • Inventory management processes and related logistics
    • Administrative work & logistics related to sales & order fulfillment
  • Manpower Management
    • Assist in managing manpower for the outlets & be a good example for the staff
    • During the provision of Services, the employee is expected to display:
      • Excellence at customer service with fun, enthusiastic and approachable personality
      • Passion in promoting for the company & products
      • Good understanding and management of brand & retail space operations

PART-TIME ROLES
Brand Ambassador
We're looking for motivated & vibrant individuals to join our part time roster to support team operations and further our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our brand in our retail spaces / events!
  • Provide thoughtful customer service and a memorable experience
  • Promote product sales and introduce our brand to everyone!
  • Keep up with daily store operations: e.g. opening/closing, cashiering, inventory stocking, store cleanliness & visual merchandising.
  • Any ad hoc retail events operations (setup/teardown, etc)
  • TRAINING REQUIRED, ability to work independently is a requirement!

Preferred applicants should be able to commit about 3-4 days per week (weekdays/weekends), on a long term basis. Workdays are assigned based on availability and capability!

  • Must be super fun, outgoing and enthusiastic about sustainable and vintage fashion! You need to love outfits and helping others find their style! :)
  • Great with all people, especially for customer service
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, able to multitask and work efficiently and calmly under pressure

  • Prep-work for web inventory & photoshoots (steaming clothing, measuring, tagging etc)
  • Order fulfilment processes (packing orders, admin etc)
  • Any other internal logistics (inventory, stocking, decor)

Preferred applicants should be able to commit minimum 1 day per week. Workdays are assigned based on availability and capability!
