How can I track my order?

(i) Normal Mail
We're unable to track it for you once it has been mailed out. We're not liable for any lost parcels as we will provide proof picture (upon request) that we've mailed it out. Hence, we strongly encourage to opt for Courier Mail so that your parcel can reach to you safely (gotta make sure your parcel only lands in the right hands y'know!).

(ii) Courier Mail
A tracking number will be provided once we've sent your Shipping Confirmation email, and you may follow the journey of your package here!

*Delivery will take place anytime between 9am to 10pm. Time slot delivery is not available.

What can I do if I have yet to receive / lost my parcel?

If you have yet to receive your parcel after 14 business days, please drop us an email at customercare@vintagewknd.com with the following subject and we’ll get back to you regarding your parcel.

(i) Normal Mail via Singpost

1. Send your inquiry to Singpost Customer Service Team online here and upload the necessary details required.

2. Go down to the nearest post office and check with them directly.

Note: Singpost does not provide tracking or delivery guarantee for Normal Mail, but you can try the above methods to locate your parcel!

(ii) Courier Mail

If you've yet to receive your parcel within 7 working days after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, do contact our delivery partner here.

OTHERS
I need to change/amend my shipping address/method?
We cannot guarantee changes to the address can be made, as processing starts as soon as your order has been confirmed!  Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed!
However, should you notice an error with your address, please drop us an email at customercare@vintagewknd.com with the following subject & your order number, and we’ll try our best to assist you.
