Can I return my order?

Kindly bear in mind that we do not offer size/change of mind exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size/colour, you may consider reselling item(s) on hand at Vintagewknd Community Centre on Telegram here and place a new order instead.

How to return my order?

Step 1: Is your order eligible for a return?

- Is the item within 7 days from the day you received it?
- Is the item in the same condition (unwashed/unworn) as when it first arrived?
- Are the tags intact & attached to the item?

Step 2: How do I proceed with the return?

- Once you have made sure that your order is eligible for a return, simply drop us an email at customercare@vintagewknd.com in the following format:

 Email Subject: [Order #1234 / @yourusername] Return Request

1. The product name / item code (you can find this information in your order summary from your order confirmation email)
2. Description of item
3. Reason for return
4. Attach photos/videos of the defect


- As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, we'd suggest to return the item via a traceable mode of postage capped at $4.00.

In the event that we do not receive a response within 7 working days from the date of the return request notification email, the package will be forfeited without prior notice. Vintagewknd shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed/undelivered return parcels after the stipulated timeframe.

Step 3: When will I receive the refund?

- We will process the refund (if applicable) within 7 working days after we have received the returned package at our warehouse.

*If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Customer Service at customercare@vintagewknd.com within 7 working days from the date received, and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 working days.

What is the status of my return?

You'll receive your refund to your bank account within 14 business days from receiving your return order. Once your return order has been processed, you'll be notified via email for website orders and direct message (DM) for Instagram orders once refund has been made.

Method of Return:

- Via Traceable Mode of Courier (capped at $4.00).

- Pack your item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. Email your return request in order to get a copy of the Return Form.

We're only able to process your refund after receiving your order at our warehouse.
