Step 1: Is your order eligible for a return?
- Is the item within 7 days from the day you received it?
- Is the item in the same condition (unwashed/unworn) as when it first arrived?
- Are the tags intact & attached to the item?
Step 2: How do I proceed with the return?
- Once you have made sure that your order is eligible for a return, simply drop us an email at email@example.com in the following format:
Email Subject: [Order #1234 / @yourusername] Return Request
1. The product name / item code (you can find this information in your order summary from your order confirmation email)
2. Description of item
3. Reason for return
4. Attach photos/videos of the defect
- As the merchandise will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, we'd suggest to return the item via a traceable mode of postage capped at $4.00.
In the event that we do not receive a response within 7 working days from the date of the return request notification email, the package will be forfeited without prior notice. Vintagewknd shall not be held responsible for any unclaimed/undelivered return parcels after the stipulated timeframe.
Step 3: When will I receive the refund?
- We will process the refund (if applicable) within 7 working days after we have received the returned package at our warehouse.
*If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days from the date received, and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 working days.
