Order Issues

GENERAL
Can I change or cancel my order? 

We understand the pains of having to wait for your parcel, so at Vintagewknd, we aim to get your order shipped out as soon as possible (well of course, excluding PH and weekends).

Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order's been confirmed. Alternatively, if you change your mind after placing your order, you may consider reselling item(s) on hand at Vintagewknd Community Centre on Telegram here and place a new order instead.

We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirmed it. 

I'm not sure if I successfully placed my order/if my order is confirmed, what should I do?

ITEMS
I received a defective item which was not declared, how do I proceed from here?
Kindly note that some apparels may come with visible small stains & fading and they're not considered as heavy defects as the materials used are either recycled/reworked. Should you receive an item with heavy defects that change the structure of the item, e.g tears/holes, please drop us an email to customercare@vintagewknd.com within 7 days from the day you receive the parcel in the following format:

Email Subject: [Order #1234 / @yourusername] Received Defective Item 

1. The product name / item code (you can find this information in your order summary from your order confirmation email).

2. Description of the defect.

3. Attach photos/videos of the defect.

Our Customer Care Representative will get back to you within 1-2 working days.

I received a wrong item in my order, what should I do?

We're so sorry for mixing up your order! Drop us an email to customercare@vintagewknd.com within 7 days from the day you receive the parcel in the following format:

Email Subject: [Order #1234 / @yourusername] Received Wrong Item

1. The product name/item code you ordered. 

2. The product name/item code of item you received. 

3. Attach photos of the item(s).

We'll be in touch on the next steps to take.

*Kindly note that items returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with their tags intact (excluding WKND Essentials: Signature Mystery Bags).
